Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon terms or quality standards.
- A refund request must be made within 7 days of the service completion date.
- Proof of service issues or defects must be provided to process a refund.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Custom or specialized services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Refunds do not apply to consultations or inspection fees.
How to Request a Refund:

- Our team will review your request and process a refund if eligible within 7-14 business days.
Returns for Products:
- If you have purchased a product from us, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
